Absolutely, yes. Joder insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Joder and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
As a leading business, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping. Please note that any customs duties, international taxes, or additional import fees applicable in the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at [email protected] and we will sort it out for you.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at [email protected] so we can arrange it for you.
